TY Beanie Baby - GOBBLES the Turkey - Early Beanie Baby With Tag Errors.
This is a very rare first edition (1996) Gobbles the Turkey with the original double polyester felt waddle with visible stitching.
This is an early Beanie Baby as evidenced by the style number (4034) being printed next to the name inside the swing tag. The written style of the date of birth is also only seen in early Beanie Babies (11 - 27 - 96) as opposed to “November 27, 1996”
Other tag misprints include:
- No comma following “Oakbrook” on tush and swing tag
- A period following “IL” on swing tag
- No “UK” listed after “Fareham, Hants” on swing tag
- No stamping inside of tush tag (no red stamp or style number)
- Both “Beanie Babies” and “ty” have been stamped ® on tush tag
- Both “Collection” and “Gobbles” have been stamped TM on tush tag
Hang tag is in good crisp condition with some white creasing along fold.
